Topic: General Gaming / What is the last game you completed?

If we’re talking about Kongregate, then that Easy Joe 4 game that just came out.
Besides Kongregate, it’d be Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time for the PSP, I believe.

Hmm, it’s been years since I last played the game, so my memory is a little foggy on the map aspect. If you can clearly show that you have completed both campaigns with screenshots, then I’d say go for it. And if it’s saying that you haven’t completed either campaign yet… well, I have heard that some of the older flash games have issues with their APIs.

There was this game made in probably 2014 in here, it’s a game where you have to answer questions in order to win against your opponent (real life person) I think it had something to do with armies and attacking your opponent whenever you answer right and it answers wrong?

Was the game sorta like Risk, where you take over territories and that the armies were red, green and blue? Because if that’s the case, then I’m guessing you’re talking about Triviador, which was removed from Kongregate awhile back ago.

Yes, you do have to play and win both campaigns, as mind-numbingly long as it is. The thing is, if there’s a hiccup in your internet or connection to Kongregate right just as you win, it won’t register it. (Which is what happened to me…) So, unless you have a ‘win’ screenshot that you can report a missing badge for, you’re only choice is to replay the last campaign all over again to register it, while having a stable connection… My sympathies. Good luck.

Oh, and on the safe side, once the ‘win’ screen appears, I’d take a screenshot just in case. x.x

There was a game I played way back, probably 2008, top down space shooter. The game world was split up into a giant grid, where certain sectors had specific things within it such as space bases and asteroid fields. It had the usual free roaming accept quests and do trade stuff, variety of ships for combat to trading with some mine layers to pure stealth ships. The primary difference was that everything was drawn in vectors, and it had multiplayer for a bit until the dev took it down and reuploaded it as single player only due to rampant cheating. If it helps the one ship I remember using the most was the Chariot, it was a hit and run kind of ship.

I believe you’re looking for Starfighter: Disputed Galaxy.
Though, I don’t know if that game is still around anymore.

It was an online multyplayer game where you have to answer cultural questions in order to conquer the map and the castle of the other players.

The map can remember a little bit Risk!

thanks in advance for the help!

That would be Triviador, which apparently is no longer on Kongregate.

Fantasy. I just really can’t get into Sci-Fi all that much.

Hmm, I really haven’t had too many issues so far. I mean, there have been random disconnects, but it’s not nearly as bad as when GTA Online first launched. Other than that, it’s been smooth sailing. Also, I ended up just going with Infiltrator… it’s been pretty good.

If you’re waiting to play MGSV for the story, you really only need to play MGS3: Snake Eater and Peace Walker, and perhaps the first MGS. With MGS2 and MGS4, you honestly don’t have to play them, though it might help with the immersion. Apparently Portable OPs isn’t ‘canon’, as it’s events are never really mentioned except with one line in Peace Walker, and that’s it.

There is also the two Metal Gear games before Metal Gear Solid that started it all, though I never really got around to them. If you get MGS3: Snake Eater, the HD version has them as extras you can play.

I’m willing to give it a shot, since this would be my first MGO game.
I’ll probably start out as a Scout and work my way up to Infiltrator, over time.

It was a 2D platformer. You could be a character with claws that could climb walls, one with a steampunk jetpack, or another one. You went to different locations finishing tasks that mostly involved fighting off purple fungus monsters. Had great graphics and really want to find it again!

That sounds like Remnants of Skystone. Unfortunately, it’s no longer on Kongregate.

Hmm, one game that comes to mind is Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love. It is both on the PS2 and Wii. It has a mix of visual novel style gameplay with a little exploration and turn-based mecha battle combat. Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love Trailer

There is also a visual novel currently being developed called Sunrider that has mecha space battles. And you COULD always look around the internet and find the first three Galaxy Angel VNs that were fan translated. Those were really fun. :)

I remember there was a series of horror games a few years ago that followed a girl in I believe a purple dress. The first game was about the girl in her house, then the second game was about the girl waking up in a hospital where she is chased by a monster and she has to solve puzzles while hiding from the monster. The third game in the series is about the girl finding herself in a train, and you had to open several suitcases to get out. Any information would be helpful.

That would be the Darkness series. :)

When you got enough money and notoriety you could upgrade your evil island headquarters and hire more “junior executives.”

Any help would be appreciated as it is not in my browser history and searches are turning up empty.

Hey folks,

Trying to find out if this game was ever completed but I can’t remember the name.

it was on Kong, though at the time I think it was a demo ( can’t remember how far back this was ).

It was basically a business management game; pixelated graphics; You played as Michaelangelo, or Picasso, or da Vinci, can’t remember who now. You ran a renaissance Art Studio and trained artists to be able to complete commissioned pieces for clients. There were only a couple upgrades at the time but you had basically couches and art tables. That’s all I really remember.

Any ideas?

The farthest i got was trying to beat a bully in elementary, and the only thing i can remebmer about the name was it wasn’t a name, only random letters and symbols

Memoir Text Adventure is the only game that comes to mind. o.O

Hey guys. I’ve posted before about another game, and it worked, so I thought I’d come back.

Okay. Mine is a game here on kong. It was a collectible card game (but without the ccg tag for some reason) where you played as a young superhero going to school to hone his/her abilities. I remember that one of the classes was fire sculptor, which was a pyromancy class. There was another class that was all physical based, another that was fast, and one that had telepathic abilities, but I can’t remember their names. That’s all I can remember. Anybody got anything?

Legacy of Heroes, though apparently it’s no longer around anymore.

Would Sneeze happen to be the one you’re looking for?
Edit: I couldn’t find the game on Kongregate.

Just some quick notes in no particular order:
It was a space game. There were different tiers of ships you could buy based on the amount of kills you made. You had 10 lives, and if they ran out you would get your profile wiped and be forced to start over. You could buy more in the in-game shop. There used to be multiplayer, but the servers got hacked 2 or 3 times, and the guy decided not to host multiplayer anymore. You got a mining laser to start out with. There were two factions: the humans were one. I can’t remember if the other was just called aliens or if he had a fancier name for them. The game was played out in sectors and you could hyper-jump to different sectors or just fly to them. Some sectors were there just for mining; some had large hubs; some had small hubs. People used to be able to fight each other in the middle sectors. There were escort missions or annihilation missions. There were large weapons you could get and only use once. One of them was a black hole.
I cannot think of the name, or even parts of the name. I searched quite a bit using different words, but nothing promising came up.

The game you’re looking for is Starfighter: Disputed Galaxy.
Unfortunately, that’s no longer on Kongregate anymore.
Here’s more information regarding SFDG.

Ok, this may be hard to get because it is a pretty old game. All I remember is there were a bunch of fantasy creatures (like a lich, goblin, ghost, vampire, ect) and they would all go through a maze. You would play as a hero and I believe you could summon creatures to help you kill them. You also could somehow change the formation of the maze by digging I believe. I’m dying to play it again. Thanks!

Sounds a bit like Dungeon Defender. Though, in that one you play as the villain, dig tunnels with goblins and summon monsters to kill off the heroes.

The game I’m trying to find is a platform adventure game that I played here on Kongregate. It was inspired by the PS2 game Shadow of the Colossus. In the game you had to climb up giant beasts to reach their weak points. Once you reached this point, you were done with the level/beast.

Heir is the game you’re looking for.
Enjoy. =^-^=

Hmm, well I suppose I was mistaken about a few things. Though, the second part of the message was to let Llama know that some of us regulars of Mythica did indeed get the message of where we were suggested to go. I was just expecting that there was a chance that we would be automatically sent to where we were suggested to go to.

Also, yes, I’m quite aware of the whole thing regarding random chat room placements. :P

And the “refuges” bit was just to let Hikari and Aravail, as well as other Mythica people who happen across this know where some of us are at. :)
