Topic: Technical Support / Dinowaurs servers

I hate to say this, but I can’t get past the auto-match screen, so I’m guessing the servers are down again. When I saw how recent this thread was I immediately jumped on the chance to get the badges, since I’ve been trying off and on again for a few years.

The sad thing is, there are comments on the game probably on average one a day (ish) for the past year or two, from people that are trying to get the badges before the game gets taken down. If it’s possible to get the servers up and stable, and then organize a group event between Kongregate and Newgrounds (maybe have kind people that already have the badges be Newgrounds players?), then I think there could be a lot of participation, and a bunch of people could finally get the badges.

I agree with returning recently played games to the front page. I miss it. :)

Another idea would be to have a page (profile maybe?) that we can customize with widget-type things. For example, I care mostly about recommended badges and games, and the recently played. I absolutely don’t care to see the most-played games, unless they’re the most played by me (might be interesting to see my own stats).

Still loving Badge Master. :) One small issue with the stats page (and maybe this is just a manual update thing), there were 3 new badges added to a Unity game, and the stats page still says 10/12 for me, not 10/15. No good way to tell offhand if this has affected any of the other categories, since I only noticed this one because the number is so small to start with. The total number of badges has updated properly, but the browse section isn’t showing those new badges in the Unity category either.

Incidentally, I can’t seem to get this trick to work anymore. At least not on my own. I’ll try tomorrow or sometime soon with a friend on Kong, then on Newgrounds. If anyone can still get into a match, let me know. :)

sigh I figured that would be the answer I got. Clearing the cache helps a little bit for a little while, but not nearly enough. Keeping the screen relatively clear of coins helps a little too, but I’m still getting pwned by the little orange guys (the ones that don’t even shoot). Thanks anyway.

You really don’t get lag? Wow. I honestly think I would have a shot at getting the hard badge if it weren’t for the massive lag that keeps me from moving at all around 55k. The screen just fills up and I get stuck, literally. I’m not really sure what to do about it.

I liked this game up to a point. Then the answers became ridiculously hard to guess, so I went to the walkthroughs for help (after trying to draw each image first). I still can’t get the second hard badge… My best is only 13.
