The score on the high scores tab is my first playthrough, and the one of the end screen is the one I had just finished. For some reason I can’t seem to get my score to submit without refreshing the page.

Is Dodging I for archers a custom ability or just a regular ability?

Also, since I already have Bow Proficiency, what happens when I get to level 4?

I’ve leveled up from level one to level three, so that means I get two custom abilities, correct?

Faustus, Archer, Level 1, Longbow ~ 1d6

Finally, with all the skeletons down, I was able to rest. However, once I caught a glimpse of the others grabbing up loot from the piles of bones, I quickly stood up and noted what the others had gotten. It seems that we’re splitting it up equally. Two of the others had taken 25 gold and one of those potions, so I did the same. I put them in my pouch when the ground started to shake and four pedestals, just like the ones from the battle with the rats, emerged out of the ground with small chests on them. Each one had one of our names on it. I looked at the one with my name and approached it before the warrior of the group stopped me. He examined my chest for a moment before telling my that it was safe and that it was a “real chest.” I walked up to the chest and looked inside. A single golden key lay in a red velvet pillow at the base of the chest. I gingerly picked it up and showed it to the others.

“What do you think this is for?” I asked while staring curiously at the key.

Tyme

I opened my eyes and was welcomed by an overly bright sun and a lovely sky. I was laying in a grassy field, almost completely naked. Getting up was a slight struggle, and once I did I had an empty mind. Once I regained myself, I started panicking, wondering where timepiece had gone. I started looking around on the grass and patting my body to make sure it wasn’t on me, until finally I saw it lying, hidden in the grass, a couple of feet away. I grabbed it up and wore it around my neck. Looking around, I spotted a town not too far away. I should probably get there and get some clothes.

I started lumbering towards the town when, all of a sudden, a random lady just walks out of thin air right in front of me. I was somewhat surprised, and also quite embarrassed to be seen nearly naked. She gave me a displeased look.

“What do you think you’re doing out here? Hurry up and get to town, you lazy ass.”

Now, I was somewhat annoyed at this person speaking to me in such a rude tone. “Who do you think you are, talking to me like that? You don’t even know me. Now begone, let me go about my business.” I started walking away towards town before she appeared right in front of me and gave me a hard slap across the face.

“Ugh, what an ignorant little fool. Just shut up and follow me, you’ll find out who I am soon enough.”

She was a feisty one. The slap was less than appropriate. I would’ve responded with a well thought-out comeback, but her words were so compelling that even I could not resist. I followed her into town and she led me into a shop of sorts. I stepped into the shop with her. She stood beside the doorway and told me to go buy some clothes and a weapon, which I agreed to. I went up to the keep and asked for a cloak and a staff. He brought out the items and asked for 60 gold in return. I checked my person to see if I had any gold, and to my surprise there was 100 gold hidden in my crotch. I handed him the gold he asked for, and with my leftover gold I bought two medium health potions. Could come in handy in battle. I left the shop with my new “friend” of sorts and 10 gold, putting on the cloak and using the staff as a walking stick.

“Follow me to the town’s library, where you’ll be able to learn something about me and my origins,” she said as she walked off in the direction of this library. I was now somewhat interested in this character, following her to my own free will. Arriving at the library, I sat down and started reading books of all manner, trying to learn about this mysterious figure.

Well, thank you very much, sir. Your solution has worked extremely well and now the game’s graphics are as they should be.

Thanks once again. :D

I know this is not a game in which you would be complaining about graphics, but on my computer, the graphics are horrible. I thought it was the norm, but now that I’ve seen some of the screenshots other players have posted, I realize that there is something wrong with my graphics. Any ideas on what’s going on? I play on a decent laptop if that has anything to do with it.

Here’s a screenshot of my game: http://prntscr.com/49zxi0

Faustus, Archer, Level 1, Longbow ~ 1d6

I finish off the skeletal archers with a few nice shots and a smack in the head with my bow. I don’t feel too relieved, however, since there are still enemies to destroy. I turn around to face the skeletal warriors, and employ the same strategy I used when fighting the archers. I ran around them and shot them with my bow as well as knocking them about with my bow.

I cannot believe I got the shittest roll ever.

I’ll take Moonlight, and I’m a human. I’ll edit my character sheet and add everything.

EDIT: Also, how do the keys effect how powerful you are, if at all?

Faustus, Level 1, Archer, Longbow ~ 1d6

One of the skeletal warriors tries to attack me. His attack bounces off my armor like nothing and I whack it away with my bow, finishing him off with some more arrows. Then I proceed with my attack strategy of just running around tactically and firing arrows at the skeletal archers to dodge attacks from them while still dealing as much damage as possible.

The mage in the back shouts something about taking out the archers, but I’m way ahead of him. I fire more arrows at the skeletal archers while running around and dodging there incoming attacks.
