Topic: Serious Discussion / Why are you Atheist?
I’m just 14 so I’m not gonna try an act like I know about religion cause I don’t. I just don’t understand whats the point of it anymore.? I understand in faith an hope etc but to me it just doesnt really help you in life..unless you want your job to souly revolve around religion. If I offend anyone im sorry but I truly dont undertand the point. People have tried to tell me if I dont believe in god ill go to hell (which if I dont believe in god how can I believe in hell.? an if i did believe in hell only id be a satinest an wouldnt care if i went…) my dad grew up with religion. (jehovah witness) an my mom did too (christianity) but there both atheists (by choice) an they tell me I can believe in what I want…but i’ve read the bible an tuff on other religions old religions new but i still dont believe in it….more like its hard to believe its true..im not gonna say im an atheist..I usually say im an agnostic cause I dont know whats up there in the sky or beyond the clouds (besides space)..Well i’d love to hear peoples view soo shoot..
