I don’t see the point in this thread either. You could use the grand exchange or look up individual items on RSwiki. If somone is lazy to do that, they won’t bother looking it up in a thread like this either.

Guthix is the God who banned all the other gods from directly interfering with mortal affairs, the one who’s responsible for the appearance of humankind on gilenior. The other gods didn’t even know It existed until they were banished. Pretty powerful being overall.

Assuming killing Guthix is possible, it would still achieve nothing: “I exist because I must exist; if I did not, then I would be created again, for the universe requires balance in all things.”
Kill Guthix and It will be reborn.

Little content? Do you realise how much is 1000 hours of pure game time? Not to mention that’s f2p only… Putting the logical flow aside f2p do need some serious updates.

Your case must be extreamly rare since I’ve never heard about anyone else having issues like this. Still I suggest making another account and see if the problem is still there.

Imo jobs died even before GE. Why would you specifically make a contract with a gatherer, when you can simply get it instantly at a seller in w1 or w2? Now without doubt jobs are dead.

I did. Still can’t see what’s the problem with creating another character. You don’t need multiple kongregate accounts, just one and create another RS account. It takes 10 minutes at most to do the tutorial anyway. Can’t see why would it take 1-2 hours.

I’m amazed that this topic is still alive, despite the fact that Runescape on kongragate will never have badges for reasons already mentioned. It’s not actually on kongregate, it’s not flash, it has a members only conent, which renders any badges way too easy to get if you are restricted to f2p.

Looking at the badges on kongregate: easy takes 5-10 minutes, Medium takes a couple of hours, Hard might take days, Impossible requires certain skill and dedication throught possibly weeks.

Due to the fact that you can’t really achive anything great within these timeframes, one could think of extending them to match the time investment needed for Runescape. Then you realise it’s not possible, because an easy badge would require a month, which is not realistic for an “easy” badge at all.

Further problems: The game can’t be completed, Everything you can achieve is merely a matter of time and everything worth achieving requires way more dedication than the avarage badge requesters.
