Hey hammer instead of me being a bottomless pit and eating everything in sight to bulk, I’m trying the leangains program.

Basically on days I workout I’m eating +500 calories from my maintenance .And days I’m not I’m going to be eating -500 from my maintenance. Along with a few other things.

Form wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be. Definitely going to youtube some deadlifts.
