Topic: General Gaming / Pingy the Ping Idle RPG - suggestions?

Just thought I’d note (Firefox user btw) that flash has crashed for me a few times while running this game, and my save is still intact. Its crashed on its own, and I’ve had to manually shut down the flash plug-in (My laptop sucks and overheats a lot, and sometimes flash seizes up on me).

Topic: GemCraft Labyrinth / Seriously? The inevitable is coming!

The thing is, developers just can’t win when it comes to premium content. If they don’t have much, people complain that its a rip-off. If they put in a lot of content, then people complain “You have to buy the game!”
Even if “Buy” means five bucks. facepalms

Topic: GemCraft Labyrinth / Exp Farming?

Here’s a quick breakdown of what I’ve done in my pylon farming. As said above, play like normal until…
1. Pause game when the pylon has roughly ~20 seconds to go. You’ll have to estimate based on how much damage your gems are doing to the pylon.
2. Sell all non-pylon gems (X button). If they aren’t already, all the pylon gems should be set to structures only (Shift + click).
3. Shift click on a gem of choice, fill up your inventory with it. Order matters by the way. Click and then shift lets you do one gem after another. Shift, then click on the gem, then the inventory, will fill up the inventory until your mana runs out. I’ve messed this up a few times, to disastrous effects-so be careful! I’m not sure if its more efficient to use higher level gems or not, I haven’t bothered to calculate. Mostly because its really not necessary.
4. Shift + B to enter bombing mode, so you don’t have to pick up a gem and then press b, then pick up another gem and press b…shift + B will automatically “load” the next gem, so you can just keep clicking the summon stones. Much quicker!
5. If I do not have enough mana/gems, I then summon the next ~10 or or so waves and unpause. Wait for them to pour out and quickly re-pause. Expand mana pool if necessary.
6. Repeat steps 4&5 until summoned count is very close to total monsters kills. Note that when you hover over a summoning stone in bombing mode, it will TELL YOU how many monsters are being summoned-so you don’t need to guess! Switch to a lower level gem if you want to add fewer monsters. :)

I hope this helps!
