Second key is 15g. It continues to increase til 40g. Of course there is already someone on the main site who has run the 110 zone 5 times… and gotten jack squat for his hundreds of gold.

You can purchase more keys for monster island. There is the cash spending

Did you read my post? I agree with you, I see the spending, and I said it’s troubling. It seems like another instance of CoG designing a ton of content and then making it so that 95% of the player base will only see 5% of what they’ve done.

Also, I assume this was the update that was supposed to come on Thursday, but then it wasn’t ready or there was a major bug they caught at the last second. Pushing this out today because it was ready instead of making us wait til Thursday just because that’s the normal maint day was a great idea.

This is very cool, although the seeming decision to restrict players to level 60 or 70 without spending cash every day is troubling.

Either that or Pets need to make all of us like 25% stronger for free. Like, using only silver we can all get +3000 attack or +3000 vitality per hero. That’s how much we need to be able to advance within sky city effectively.

All Sky City enemies need to have their strength and their XP return dropped by 30%, at least, and required entry reduced to 115. Right now it is ungodly difficult and the XP is absolutely massive. There is no reason for salabim, one of the top three strongest people on kongregate, to be stuck doing d11f at level 130. The 8 sky city dungeons seem to have a very nice increasing difficulty curve, but it doesn’t matter because they start waaaaay too hard.

M1+M2 merge would really be grand. Of course it would make a much out of CSC, which is probably why they havent done it yet. They could just merge m1+m2 and merge s7 and s8, and then CSC would just be between the two merged servers.

It would take is for the youngest server to send two very weak people to their weekly tournament, and those two weak people get seeded next to each other. You only have to win a single battle to make the Warriors Tournie.

You know this is called a memory leak, and it is a bad thing, right? A ballooning memory footprint is NOT just the cost of doing business with a large data set in Flash.

Actually Enhancement Stones are super rare from Sky City, too, and only drop one at a time. I think in all my Sky Citying I’ve gotten like 3 total enstone 1s. Basically the only way to get them right now is to get Justice Badges and turn them into Enhancement Stone packs.

Can you confirm that the dates on the event are right? “from 0:00 June 11th to 0:00 June 13th”? Two days at the END of the week? That means we’ll have two days to accrue Seeds with only one day after to actually USE them. Meaning free players with only two spots open and no gold to burn the cooldown will never be able to use them for petals anyway.

Even “free” events are designed to cater to paid players.

You can change the Zoom in your browser to increase the size of the flash window. F11 will put your browser into full screen but doesn’t do a thing for the CoG window itself. It depends on your browser, but normally Control + Scroll Wheel will do it, or you can check the Tools menu (probably). If you get a weird scroll bar on the right side of the flash window after zooming refresh your page – the zoom stays but the scroll bar goes away.

The other option is to just stick with the same server for so long that all the spenders quit in disgust of cog’s greed. Then you can be top dawg without spending!

I wasn’t clear, I didn’t get stuck in the rift. I was making fun of the idea of being “stuck” at the top rank because you continue to win, then getting demoted when you didn’t participate. That’s exactly what is supposed to happen.

“stuck” at Field Marshal? Field Marshal is the highest rank. Winning Clashes and being “stuck” at Field Marshal is the definition of Working As Intended. Currently the title system is acting way more rationally than it ever has before, in my opinion. I went through the same thing – Field Marshal, missed a Clash, got demoted for it, won a couple Clashes, and now I have my title back.
