It’s not bug, if the fight ends quick without severe damage to both side, it will always be blood, but if your team has alot of damage taken, it might go mercy

I agree with everything you suggested, and you’re team seems pretty solid, instead of 2-h berserkers, why not a dual wield? they do some pretty nasty damage with x2 and x4 combo

Weapons should cost money, clan system needs to be reworked ex : clan chat, accept/request/invite/decline system for clans, like.. lets see, to join a clan I should request, not join, and you should make “master/admin/member”, and to establish a new clan = pay money (INGAME MONEY) let´s say.. 500 000$?, oh, and take a look at the high scores, some people are abusing ranks, ex : people make 2 accounts, he logins with both accounts, and starts killing the second account with the first account, making him rank like crazy..
