You are not guaranteed anything from Dread dungeon bosses. Only normal bosses.

Public Dungeon Blitz Database
Well I put alot of weapons into my doc. If you want to add them to yours go ahead. It’s a bit tedious to put every item in one by one when you can just format it so that you fill in the name and anything else that might be missing. I guess you have the advantage of not needing to find a spot on a list and then input data, but mine is set up in the same order as the inventory, so it’s not that hard to find the correct spot.

The devs said they will be making specialized classes for paladin, mage, and rogue.

I would get rid of the stats, since they are level dependent. Replace that with a column for type, i.e. warlord, protection, wizardry, balanced

On any dread? No, you can’t.

Do weapons get stronger over time?
No, if a weapon has lower damage then the weapon you currently use, it will ALWAYS have lower damage. There are three damage types. From weakest to strongest they are:
Protection
Balance
Warlord/Wizardry

Crafting Statistical Analysis
I did try to see if there was some formula for power, but it seems that the values were chosen arbitrarily. And either way, the values are already known. I wouldn’t spend much time on it. Thanks for sharing though.
It seems like XP/power should be important, but really when you think about it it’s not important at all. Getting a high level mat is usually just as easy as getting a low level mat. They’re just in different places. That’s why I do all my craft farming in Shazari Desert, where all the high level mats are. Remember that when we’re talking about efficiency, we’re really talking about how to get the most XP/time. If a level 24 mat takes about the same amount of time to get as a level 5 mat, then power really has nothing to do with efficiency. The drop rate for all mats seems to be the same (except for bugged trog mats), so XP/mat is the important value.
So my chart will tell you to get mats over a certain level to make highly efficient gems, but there is one little problem. We’re trying to maximize XP from all the mats we have, and it’s almost a certainty that you will pick up mats that don’t fit well into high efficiency gems. The only way to truly maximize your XP would be to use a brute force program that could compare all the ways to put your mats into gems and spit out the configuration that will give you the most XP. Unfortunately, I have neither the skill nor the time to make that sort of thing, but I would imagine it would be fairly easy for an amateur programmer to write it.

I disagree about mage being a necessity. I’ve gotten 1st place on dreads with only paladins. I’m pretty sure I could get 1st on any dread with the paladins that I roll with.

There is no such thing as a hard dread dungeon. The difficulty is flat. A level 1 could theoretically kill the boss of a level 50 dread dungeon, provided he somehow manages to survive the monsters outside the dungeon(those aren’t flat).
I’m not talking about levels. Some dungeons are hard, i.e. they have healers or enemies that do alot of damage or a hard boss. Others have easier types of enemies or a boss with no minions.

That team would do well on an easy dread. For a harder dread, you want at least two paladins.

Tak Ogg
I might be wrong, but I’ve waited for him for much longer periods of time and I only caught a glimpse of him once. I think it’s more likely that he only spawns when someone actually comes along to do the quest, so his spawn rate is dependent on how many people are playing and just random luck.
