Oh man hey yuyuter.
That’s a pretty nice sig, but I would tilt the text so it moves with the flow and cut down on the lighting a bit, it’s slightly haphazard and confusing to the eye.
I’m a little out of practice though, so take that with a pinch of salt.

It’s a nice idea but the site isn’t too professional and the articles don’t seem to have been proofread. For example,

should be capitalized as they are names.

Feel free to accuse me of grammar Nazism, but in a site where your main source of content is your writing, it needs to be correct.
Secondly, as Ace_Blue said, you really need to ensure that your site is profitable before trying to source writers. Most won’t want to work for a site with a sketchy source of income.
Finally, how are you generating interest in your site? You’ll need to build up a reader-base if you want your ads to be profitable.

Looks quite nice, a few of the lines around the ankle and shoes are a bit sketchy and could use shading.

@TWA, really like the ice arrow and the cannonballs. The ice one in particular because it’s quite a nice ice effect, what with the lighting, but matches your style. The cannonballs look good but quite out of place with the others.

Not really fond of either of these PM, sorry :/
The first has good stock placement, but the border and text are jarring and little thought seems to have been given to the colour scheme.
With regards to the second I quite like it without the text, but the effects need more blending really as thus far they seem to have been dumped onto the render.

First looks a little too minimalist without achieving any particular effect there. Build some layers and at a bit more depth, atm just looks like a c4d placed onto a stock.
Second is nice but not big on the colour scheme and lacking depth, though render placement and effect composition are good.

Brush strokes seem a bit thick. I know that’s kind of your style but in the situation of a game BG it looks a little bit too cartoon-y, like a child’s sketchbook, rather than a semi-cartoon effect like that of, say, castle crashers.

Reminds me slightly of the Half Life 2 soundtrack.
Bit too many effects layered at times. Could be more effective if those were removed, more simplicity.
That’s about it really, just a bit too complex.

If you want to save it as an image, I believe it’s file > export > export image.
What TWA was saying is it doesn’t take much longer to clean up your drawing than it took to make it in the first place.

Think I ought to do a little recap of lost people while I’m at it.
Oboe_Passion left but of course that was ages ago, think it may have been while you were still here too.
The mods I remember (Lightsun, Rawismojo, Johannasgarden), not seen much of them at all recently.
Ncio phased out slowly, Aldrin left abruptly, Zen32, not sure if you remember him, he was the 3D one, he’s gone, Piratemonkey and Ozzy123 are still here, sort of, but like most everyone else, myself included, we’ve all begun phasing out.
Don’t know really what can be done to save it to be honest.
Also nice to know I’m remembered :3

Yep, so big differences. Music has been bundled in and writing is more prominent, as TWA said.

Much less graphic work these days.

I had a friend coaching me over facebook while I slowly tried to learn to digipaint again.

Used quite a few references from in game screenshots.
I also really hate that damn right glove.

I was unaware ratings even mattered. All I’ve noticed in rating are “lul sucks 1/5”, then right at the other end of the spectrum “omg this rocks 5/5”.
Those who can give a proper rating are in the minority.
