Grenades aren’t insta-kills unless they land DIRECTLY on people. This actually isn’t a good strategy at all though, if you can even call it that. Gunner’s have WORSE aim than most other soldiers. Their meant for pinning, not sniping. And the damage… I don’t even get that. Grenades aren’t affected by damage at all, they’re always the same, like alien said. While I can see how this ‘strategy’ would help you if you had a high xp gunner, it really isn’t any better than a high xp soldier. It seems as though your not interpreting the system correctly. If this strategy really did help you, it was most likely because your gunner had high xp.

Exactly how many squads do you make a day? One alliance wouldn’t affect you much, despite them being number one and having all the relics. The best amount they could bump you up is just 12, since there can only be 12 people in an alliance, and objects that they have couldn’t bump your rank higher even more. btw, are you conquering anyone or taking mines? Those could affect your score too.

Other people have to be getting ahead of you for that to happen. If your in the beginning of a round and haven’t built any new structures yet, then do so. It could be that people are getting more money per tick than you, and can therefore make more units.

While I like the idea of a super-ship, how would the frigate ship invade? It wouldn’t be that good due to the fact that most people don’t make their castles right next to the shore. Also, cavalry and dragon transport kind of contradict the rules of the game, considering that infantry are supposed to hold 30 on a ship, cavalry 15, and heavies 10. The point I’m trying to make is that if you want to put heavies on a dragon transport, you can still hold 15 of them, despite the fact that heavies are supposed to hold significantly less units on a ship. Oh yeah, btw, the dragon must be a wimp to go that much slower with 15 people on it. :p

Topic: Battle Dawn / outpost obstructed in fantasy server

Enemies can “obstruct” your outposts and castles by using the “cast heavy mist spell”. It limits the range you can see greatly so you can’t see incoming attacks until the last moment (or something like that happens). You can’t fix it; It fixes itself in a few ticks.

Actually, that’s the original MnB, not MnB 3… MNBrocks, that’s just stupid. If you get to wave like, 100, then you can easily just spam atom bombs with that technique.

I feel your pain. One game all of my men died because of grenades. and Mirodian, If you give a guy a grenade, chances are he’ll blow one of his own teammates up, and same goes with mortars sometimes. The AT cannon isn’t good, I once bought one, and it never shot at all, it just got blown up by a grenade.

I think a bowie or army knife and martial arts would be nice… you could equip them with either one or both too boost damage done to Germans in melee fights, and make it shorter. Really, one time I had a guy that was in a melee fight for a german for about 10 waves. After that, he dies. I think there should also be a command to tell one of your people to get out of a close range fight. It can get very frustrating at times…
