DrKillmealready: I figured what’s wrong. That part of the quest has been changed, but the red indicator hasn’t been moved so it still directs to the old – wrong – location. Though stage description is valid, but could happen, that your browser keeps outdated version :D. Now all that is fixed. To meet the Dead Girl and complete the quest you need to go to the new location. First go to the cave behind Madmen path, then – after the brigde – go to the right to the new, small cave with the altar. Dead Girl awaits you there :D.

Like I said, when I did the quest she wasn’t there. Now I can’t complete it.

Did you manage? What quest stage do you exactly have? I tested this quest and looks fine for me.

What quest stage do u currently have? It depends who did u support in the elections – Roman, Marcko or Marcelina. Maybe u exposed two of them, making the guy u supported a head of the village. U get your reward by speaking with NPC you have chosen.
