lol One of my own team8’s scored on us. He tried to pass back to the goalie (even though he wouldn’t have been able to pick up the ball anyway) and the goalie let it passed him!!

Ahhh!! Forget it you are all idiots. If I wanted to see something funny I wouldn’t have asked a serious question I would have said “Let’s make some barrel roll jokes!”. So forget it I will just keep on trying thank you ilovepies for being the only serious one.

I am going to learn that next… lol! Seriously I made a list of stuff and it goes “Front flip, barrel roll, backflip, palmspin, and then wallspin.”

I have been doing parkour/freerunning (I am a beginner but I can do just about all of the vaults) for a while and I started experimenting with front flips. I know that technically front flips are not parkour but I want to learn anyway, I set up mats in my basement and tried. I squat then jump throwing my hands up, then I grab my knees and roll. The problem is I land on my upper back and after that it is like a summersault (on the ground). Does anyone have any tips or is this just one of those things where you have to keep on trying?

Any ideas will be appreciated.

P.S. I know it is unsafe to do it in my basement but I don’t really care.
