Topic: Bush Whacker 2 / Update: School House!

Mrs. Robinson wants to build a school house in the Commons, and of course she needs your help! This new series of quests is available to players who have already rescued Mrs. Robinson from the bandits and built the pet stables in the Commons. Good luck!

This update also contains a long requested feature on the Town Crier – talk to him and he’ll tell you all of the daily quests that are available for you to pick up today, while also highlighting the ones you have never completed before! Super useful for all you achievement hunters out there!

Decorate your garden with your plants and then submit to the judgement of the garden judges! They’ll give you tokens which you can use to buy unique customization and house items from the event! Once you’re happy with your garden, talk tot he photographer in the Commons to enter the Bush Whacker 2 Gorgeous Garden Photo Contest! This event will end on May 17th at Noon PDT!

The first of a new type of monkey is joining the EBA Island today, the Puzzle Monkey! Complete the Puzzle Monkey stages by collecting normal, rare and buy only puzzle pieces. We are also hard at work on the next regular monkey, as well as another new mechanic!

Topic: Bush Whacker 2 / New Area: The Tropical Islands!

The Tropical Islands update is here! Players who have completed the Haunted Forest area can talk to the ship captain in Port Black Wood to obtain passage to beautiful Vacatau Island! The level cap has been raised to 130, and new bait and farming crops have also been added for high level players. Happy whacking!

Just when you thought you had time to relax… it’s the Easter Event! The Party Planning Committee in the Commons has sponsored fun events such as Easter Egg Decorating, an Easter Egg Hunt, Basket Weaving, and more! Additional stations and quests will unlock over the course of the event. Ribbons and trophies will be awarded after the event ends on Easter Sunday (March 31st) at 9PM PDT!

The citizens of the Commons are planning to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with green drinks and merriment, but the Leprechauns they hired to help out have run off! Track down the missing Leprechauns and their brethren and then complete their tasks to make this the best St. Patrick’s Day the Commons has ever seen! More quests and tasks will unlock over the course of the event as you capture more Leprechauns. This event will run until Sunday, March 17th at noon PDT. Ribbons and trophies will be awarded after the event ends. Happy whacking!

If you’ve completed enough of the Haunted Forest to reach Port Black Wood, and helped Nate with all his previous exploits, you’ll be able to join him for this new adventure! Topic: Bush Whacker 2 / Update: Friend Removal, Starter Packs & more!

As you’ve all noticed by now, we have made several updates to the game today in response to your feedback. These updates include the following in addition to several bug fixes we’ve been working on based on recent reports from players:

- You can now purchase the Starter Pack, Adventure Pack (unlocked at level 40), or Expert Pack (unlocked at level 80) using kreds. These packs include some gold, gems, Bush Bucks, as well as an exclusive pet and either a customization item or trinket. You can either get one pack or all three, it’s up to you!

- You can now remove inactive friends from your friend list!

- With the friend removal also comes a friend cap: you can now only friend 250 people total. If you have more than 250 friends now, we won’t get rid of the friends you have, but you’ll have to prune to below 250 before you can add more!

- You can now use all your energy packs at one time!

- You can now sort your friends by most recent activity when sending requests!

- When you complete secret areas, they will now appear on the map as complete!

- You can now hit a button to select a random set of friends to send requests to, if you don’t want to choose people 1 by 1!

- You will now receive a warning when you’re using an energy pack/fruit basket/etc. and you’re close to levelling up!

The Haunted Forest is here! Players who have completed the Snowy Mountains can now exit through the southern gate in the Terrifying Traverse to enter the even more terrifying Haunted Forest! The level cap has increased to 115, and there are dozens of new trinkets, items, and quests to complete! Happy whacking!
