Topic: Outernauts / Outernauts Frontier Bundle Information

Thank you for redeeming the Outernauts Frontier Bundle., which includes a Diamond Shard, Procyar Egg, and Huge Attack Crystal. To receive these items, you must click your Mailbox on your Homeworld. If you are a new player – you must play the game for about 10 minutes before going to your Homeworld.

Also, please note that to use the Diamond Shard your player level must be 20 and to use the Huge Attack Crystal you must be level 19. However, you are free to use your Procyar Egg at any time.

- The Diamond Shard changes your beasts Gem Type to Diamond, which proved a formidable stat boost for your beast.
- The Procyar Egg always hatch at least a rare beasts and have a change to hatch an Elite, Epic, and Legendary, as well.
- The Huge Attack Crystal raises your beast’s Attack stat by 7 and gives it 500 XP.

Outernauts! Get ready! Our first Design-a-Beast competition will begin taking submissions tomorrow!

The basic info you need is: 1. Create a beast! 2. Submit that beast. 3. A winner will have their beast be put in game, as well as other marvelous prizes (including a framed picture of it signed by the team.)

There is more to it than that, so be sure to read all the details at the link.

Get those mind-brains turning! You only have till next Wednesday to enter!

Hey guys, thank you for playing Outernauts! We have created this thread for y’all to post your bugs or support issues with the game. Currently, our support system is undergoing some maintenance, so this is the best place to bring up your concerns with us.

Instructions:

1. List your problem (missing item, problem purchasing something, stuck on quest). Please include as much information as possible. So, if it’s a problem with a quest, please give us the quest name, sector and chain.

2. Post your Player ID. (It’s the long number in the white area under the game.)

After that, give us a bit and we should be able to sort you out! We might need to ask you more questions, as well – so we will do that in the thread or through PM’s.

Topic: Outernauts / Breeding Facilities Bug

Hey, Ace. We know it’s upsetting to know that some people got 3 breeding facilities, but it really is a small number. It was a mistake on our part that there was a glitch that let users purchase 3 breeding facilities. It was only up for about half a day before it was set down to what it was supposed to be.

Since the number of users who now have access to 3 breeding facilities is so small, we thought it would be best to just let them keep it, rather than take them away.

I know it might seem bad, but really 99% of players only have one.
