You have to be the required level for them to evolve and then level them up once more if you are at 0 evolution points. See here for evolution levels.

Figured I would throw this up and work on it later when I get home from work.

Vestal Beach, West of Vesport

The area inside the red circle spawns Tortipous – a great monster to get due to water’s weakness to earth as it learns Mudslide at Level 9. This makes easy work of water-type NPCs.

Topic: Kongregate Multiplayer Games / [Terra Monsters] [Feature Suggestion] A Guild / Cavern / Team System

Assuming there will be a guild area/building, you could have furnishings that cost a certain amount of guild points and/or require a certain guild level, like a coat of arms (max level, you could submit a design to the devs and they just make a simple coat of arms with the design for your guild hall.) Vendors that sell cheaper potions for honor points or some sort of discount, furniture, paintings, etc. They could all just have a set place then be upgraded….then you could throw in more random drop items for decoration upgrades or something, like 10 pieces of a painting that randomly drop in the world and let you upgrade a painting you have hanging and it gradually increases, while everyone in the guild could contribute pieces. (small percentage) and you could adapt that to other things.
