finaly after 3 days i got back in my accout, boosters expired and hit by a lot of others back in the rankings a lot

i Have read first the last few pages of posts, and the FAQ

iam playing Hero Zero and suddenly one morning the game starts with the begin game screen.

I tryed 3 different browsers and also went to a friends computer, to enter my account is easy, and i can see in the rankings that my character is still there but i cannot come back in the game.
