Ive been having a strange one.
My Land Support is level 2.
When I try to upgrade it to level 3, it lists the following.

Construction Cost:
Sp Symbol Construction Hat Symbol Bread Symbol Electricity Symbol Box Symbol
Ive discovered refreshing the browser sometimes fixes this, Closing the tab and starting fresh did not fix this issue for me and ive had it for the last few days, and just got it to stop by refreshing.
peanutking sounds like the same thing happened to you, try refreshing the browser.
Just letting whoever needs to know.
