That would be a lot easier if it didn’t taste so frikin good.

Don’t I know it? :P I wouldn’t say I’m fat but I’m not thin either. What I’m saying is that fundamentally, it’s easy to lose weight – if you remember to cut down your portion sizes (to a healthy amount) and do more exercise (don’t go crazy, build up your routines slowly) you can’t go far wrong. Because it’s human nature to be gluttonous pigs because everything tastes so goddamn good, most people do struggle with losing weight.

TL;DR: It’s not rocket science but it can be difficult to not be fat.

I’m not saying stop eating, I’m just saying stop cramming your mouth full of shit you don’t need to eat. Eat the right portion sizes of each food group. We’re all adults here, we should all realistically know how much food we need to eat to sustain ourselves without gaining weight or losing weight at an unhealthy rate (or too much weight altogether).

Let’s not forget that the #1 way to lose weight is to eat less, move more. Simple as that.

(So don’t just start doing breathing exercises and expect everything to be OK)

Also, yeah, fuck the name change.
