I am a newbie helper, and let me say my opinion.

When the first generation of newbie helpers was appointed, NH were needed because there were lots of new players since Castlot got to the main page of Kongregate. Right now, there are lots of advanced/active players who are always helping and few players with questions (compared to the number of people who can answer the questions). The reward for us is kind of extremely big. And now we are 8, not 6. So, in my opinion, the help for new players is given by all the community.

Yeah. The newbie helpers (us) are suposed to contact the developer with PMs for giving him feedback, suggestions, bug reporting and asking other things.

Why dont you create a contest, in which players make and upload avatars, and the three best ones become some of the avatars, and the winners receive something (magic potions or diamonds).

Also, there should be weekly tournaments in the arena.

So, i think I will start. The drop rate of cross medals is just low. There should be a 100% probability. So, how many cross medals would the user get. If the enemy level is lower than the one of the player, just give 1. If the enemy level is the same, give 2. If the enemy level is higher than the player, give 3
