only time thats supposed to happen focusas is when you have a mayflower so if you didnt its a glitch. Weirdjudge you only get souls on 5 10 15 20 and 25 of each gladiator level. Once you clear it once you can autobattle for a chance at souls id say the percentage is between 30-40% to get a drop. You get 5 free tries after every reset.

IGG hasnt responded in a while I dont think they have any intent to do so. For everyone with problems with hero cards the auction is delayed im not sure the exact amount of hours but it takes a long time sometimes. As far as coupons thats also delayed but it should only be about five minutes. You have to wait for an event to come up that needs coupons to use. Alot of the events require the purchase of gold so you have to wait for a worthy event and then get coupons to use.

So not only do all the events involve usage of gold for you to participate, but now over the last week or so they all require that you PURCHASE gold to participate. I dont understand IGG’s, logic if you want more players you need to offer free events on occasion, not try to drain money from the few players that remain. I like this game and I’m a person that has payed money towards it, but gold% events every weekend just in time for payday is bogus. Requiring that you have to purchase gold to do events for a week straight is a whole new level of greed.

I agree with realta on the glory merchant. Even if you dont adjust materials and blueprints according to the players current level, you should at least reduce the number of form I cards that appear at a time.

This is the second time my elites haven’t reset i am not happy that you still haven’t fixed this. Last time all i received was an apology and i was told it would be fixed. This time i want my silver that im missing out on an apology isn’t good enough. My ingame name is Rolando i have reported this to tech support and i expect something to happen or i can guarantee you i wont spend another dollar on an IGG game. It’s as simple as giving me my silver that i miss out on when this problem occurs, that’s what i expect until the problem is fixed. Thank You!

That happened to me about a week and a half ago they said sorry for the inconvenience and that they would fix the issue soon. I didnt get compensated for the silver i missed out on just an apology.

no idea i the live support on top right corner of the screen and he/she gave me a link to file a complaint on the bug i had. I dont remember the link but you can get it yourself. I just did that today so i dont know what the outcome will be.

for some reason my elite challenges didnt reset today. i refreshed twice and still have the problem then i tried one of the elite challenges and didnt recieve the daily reward. can someone fix the problem please im missing out on alot of silver! Elite Folken wasnt complete but thats it. If you guys dont fix the problem today id expect that you would let me complete the challenges at a later date or compensate me for the lost silver. My ingame name is Rolando i am star level 4.
