Topic: Platform Racing 2 / Which Server was the Best?

Derron is great, lots of good players hang out there… but thats also where a large portion of the spammers hang, along with quite a few hackers.
Carina is nice, theres still enough players to have plenty of races in campaign ( unlike servers such as fred and isabel ).
There seems to be less spammers there too usually even though theres a greater lack of mods there than on Derron.

I like Carina… and Derron. I think Carina is a bit better though.

There’s a place to glitch in almost all of the levels out there.

Yeah but if you play levels in, newest lets say… then many people wouldn’t have figured out all of the available glitches for that level. These IS a lot less glitching in newest, besides glitch based levels.

Even so, I think my chances are flat… my brother STILL goes and spams and nukes occasionally. It’d be reasonable for mods and admins to think its just me.
If I was a mod I know my bro would go on to try to bother me… I’d ban him and thus ban myself because of IP bans.
He has been going on a lot less though so you never know.

A high rank doesn’t mean someone is the best player.
The vast majority of people with high ranks got them by simming. Some aren’t even very good racers, and those that are just have an extra advantage of stats because of all their simming…
There are some great artists, but some have better drawing equipment? :P
There are people who are good players also because they try to benefit PR2, help the chat and keep bad levels out. (mods)
Theres most popular player, and popular really doesn’t mean best at all.

Yeah lots of people are either kidding when they make levels of they’re just new… There are a few people that make great levels though.

Plus there are some fun short levels, content counts. :3
If you don’t like short levels then solve the problem yourself and make some long ones.

Last time I checked jiggmin had 15 total, he was wearing a propellar hat. :o Theres also super flying cowboy hat on some levels, either youyou’ll be able to earn it or its just a 16th hat…

Like yassenG said, ANYONE can glitch, just go on youtube and learn how to give yourself a fair chance.
Jiggmin knows the glitches are around, he probably would have tried to get rid of them if he thought they were bad. Since he hasn’t theres probably nothing too bad about them.

I get what you mean though, glitching does seem a bit dirty… just play levels that don’t have tons of people getting ahead with glitches. :3

Hopefully jiggmin will upgrade some good mods into admins so we can get a few more mods around here. Jiggmin hasn’t said when he’ll be making new admins, sometime or another in the future he’ll probably make another..

Actually sometime during last summer PR2 glitched and lots of accounts were deleted, mine was. XD
Many people alerted jiggmin and he just set PR2 back to the day before the crash. The work people had done in that day was erased… but at least we all had our accounts back.

The mods will know if you have more than one account. They can trace your IP and link it with all the accounts accessed and registered on it.

Sorry but picking mods is a decision made by just the admins, but you can encourage your friend to keep up the good work! Maybe an admin will notice them.

I really like pr2, its fun to make your own levels, race, chat, and unlike pr3, theres usually a lot of people there.
Pr3 is cool though, I like that you can make your own blocks and it has more level editor options, such as lettering and shading (alpha)
It really sucks that its on sparkworkz though, it so laggy, tons of video adds, I can barely play pr3. Jacob should have stuck with www.jiggmin.com for pr3, less laggy probably. Another thing with sparkworkz is its confusing to make a pr3 account, most people don’t know you’re sparkworkz account doubles as a pr3 account, they just go on pr3 unable to find a register button.
I hope Jacob gets pr3 on a site other than sparkworkz, it’ll probably be cooler than pr2 when its all finished.

well that would be an awfully cruel joke on jiggmin’s part… plus he’d have to have been playin this for ages, and making fake screen shots… and claiming to some gaming sites that it will be coming soon in order for them to actually have a spot up waiting for p3 that actully says " Platform Racing 2 coming soon"…
