While in Overworld, can we have the total gold, food, research and xp income/accrual pop up when we hover over their respective boxes?

Another one:

it’d be great if we could see an option to distribute goblins to mines as we see fit – meaning to assign, say, three goblins to gold, 2 to crystal, 2 to iron, because at that moment we need gold most. Currently we can only shut off mines which resource we need less – a method I find to be a bit backward. This would give us a precise control over our resource gain, and rightly so, I think.

Even better, although less logical, we could assign priorities in percentages! Yup, that’d be fine, too. ^^

Topic: Kongregate Multiplayer Games / [Dungeon Overlord] Sandbox?

I searched a bit and found a dungeon calculator, which is a great tool, but if that’s what you thought of, I had something different in mind – more of a tactical arrangement; a simulated dungeon where you can experiment with room positions and levels so as to be sure that the number of tiles you posses can achieve what you had in mind.

If the calculator is not what you were speaking of, pls give a link here, I’d appreciate it very much. :)

Hi guys,

I may not be the first to mention this, but I haven’t seen it so far, so here it is:

what about players having a sandbox dungeon, where they can test out their tile arrangements, so they don’t waste precious time/resources/nerves on silly mistakes in planning. I just took to pen and paper having this in mind, and started drawing my would-be awesome starter dungeon (once I get those Lesser stone binding tiles), when this thought occurred to me.

If not this, I think it would be mighty cool to at least issue a signature NOG – DO sample map JPEG, which players could print out or otherwise use for their planning. :)

But the first one seems much more convenient, and I find it holds similar benefits to the skirmish option, for example.

Topic: Kongregate Multiplayer Games / [Dungeon Overlord] Accidental cancellation of raids.

Quick suggestion:

instead of the ‘Cancel’ button within the Overworld events section, I propose to put ‘Cancel raid’ (or whatever it is you are cancelling) or, even better – ‘Recall’. The reason being that many players, present company included, tend to accidentally cancel raids due to the ‘Cancel’ button being so close to the ‘Close’ button, both physically and in meaning.

If all else fails, could we please move it a bit further from the ‘Close’ button, for the same reasons.

Hi, guys! One of your support staff told me I should relay a suggestion I sent him to you, so that it might take effect, since he thought the idea was worth noting.

I’ll just paste what I sent him, I’m lazy. :D

“_A suggestion: within the overworld events, the Cancel button is to close to the Close button, both physically and in meaning, which often leads me to accidentally cancelling my raids – most unnerving stuff. I suggest that the button says ‘Cancel Attack’ or ‘Cancel Raid’ or whatever it is that the button will cancel.

I know it’s my own mistake, but I simply feel it’s an easy mistake to make. I don’t think I’m the only one doing it, and it sets you back a ways._"
