I posted this topic because my friend dabaron couldn’t go to benoldinggames.co.uk so I’ll post it here. Also for anyone else who needs multi-player.

So heres what you do (you may want to copy this to Microsoft Word or something, it requires you to close your browser.)

1: Go to http://www.lynchconsulting.com.au/blog/index.cf…

2: Click on the link titled “Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller” the download will begin after you specify where to save it and allow it to save.

3: Go to the location you saved the uninstaller, and run it.

4: Restart your browser, this step is optional.

5: Go back to the link posted above, this time, click on the second link, titled “Archived Flash Players”

6: Towards the bottom of the screen, you will see a link titled “Flash Player 9,” click on it. (Do not click the debugger version.)

7: It will give you a pop-up window asking where to save a .zip archive of all the versions of Flash Player 9, specify the location and allow it to go through and your download will commence.

8: Go to the location you specified and open the .zip archive and click on the folder titled “fp9_archive.”

9: Click on the folder titled “9r47.”

10: There will then be two application windows (the ones that look like Windows 98 windows), click on the first one and follow the wizard to extract the files.

11: Once you extract the files, it will have a normal folder titled “fp9_archive,” go into it and again, click the folder titled “fp9_archive,” then the one titled “9r47”

12: At this time, if your browser isn’t closed, please do so now, keeping the window titled “9r47” open.

13: The window should look exactly th same as the one inside of the .zip archive, except that the two windows were replaced by computer icons.

14: Click on the icon titled “flashplayer9r47_win,” but do NOT click on the one titled “flashplayer9r47_winax.”

15: A wizard will run, follow the instructions on the wizard and complete it.

16: Open your browser back up to resume playing Starfighter: Disputed Galaxy,this time with multi-player.

Wii is a good system, it is my favorite out of the current 3, simply because it is a DIFFERENT system than all the others. It is also very cheap in the price range. It doesn’t have the best graphics ever, but again, graphics aren’t everything. If you are a Wii owner, you are going to have to pay a $5 activation fee to get the full internet channel. (as an experienced Wii owner, I did not see MUCH difference in the trial and full versions of the internet channel, so if you’re not going to be browsing the internet very much OR can’t even get a good connection on your Wii in the first place, there is no need to even upgrade to the full version. Also, installing mod chips will brick (break internally) your system, so by no means should they be installed unless you want to throw $250 and a VERY lucky find down the drain. Its wireless adapter is substantially less powerful than a computer, I have noticed that I must move the Wii to the middle of my room to get a connection. Also, make sure you have a 24/7 internet connection so that Wii connect 24 may be enabled. The Wii has an IBM processor inside of it, so it can be used for many uses, and its SD card compatibility is a plus for storing extra virtual console games and channels. Overall, the Wii is a VERY durable system (don’t test it) because I was over at my friends house playing Wii and his little brother tripped on a controller cord ans pulled the Wii across the floor, we picked it back up and resumed our game, the Wii seemingly unscathed.

Story: I was introduced to games at the age of 3 or less, I don’t remember, my first game was some Mickey Mouse thing on computer. Then, a few years later, I received my first console: a sega Genesis 3. Yet a few years later, I recieved my Gameboy Color. Since then, i have only grown more infatuated with games, and my collection of consoles growing only bigger. It wasn’t until at least 10 when I discovered Flash games, I didnt know what they were or how they worked, but I loved them. Four years later, Kongregate received a user by the name M5000.
