I also submitted a bug report, after losing connection and relogging finally, noticed had some Diamonds missing. Hopefully using the Game Bug report under it in Kong will get to Dev’s and issue a refund. Bug i got seemed different then most, as I didn’t even get the slots but lost the diamonds.

Unfortunately, according to the Shop Heroes CM (and their Facebook/Twitter pages), the patch has been delayed (she also hinted at the fact that the update is now coming next week and not this week).

Some players have reported slots using up more gems when trying to use the purchased permanent auto-precraft slots. (If this occurs, opening a support ticket and submitting the issue will entitle you to a refund of your gems).

There is a currently a bug with pre-craft slots, I would not recommend purchasing any until the hotfix said to be coming tomorrow morning (Aug. 26, 2015) is released.

Topic: Shop Heroes / Stats updates frequentie?

When someone leaves a city the investments are immediately deducted from the buildings they invested in. If the player you say you kicked only has 6K invested then only 6K should have been deducted. Maybe you miscalculated or someone else left the city.

If there really is an error, I suggest submitting a ticket through the ‘Contact Us’ button located in the Settings menu and notifying support so they can help you out further.

Yes, “Craft 30” means craft a total of 30 with the previous 13 crafts counting towards that.

Seeing as the weekend is nearing I wouldn’t expect the patch tomorrow (although I could be wrong). The patches are usually released within a week after posting the preview patch notes, so not too long.

The following are the releases notes for version 1.0.30161, released on Aug. 26, 2015.

General/Misc.
• Lowered drop rate for lowest gold package in Roulette (Now you will have a better chance at better rewards)
• Added tabs in detailed item view (Progress and Statistics)
• Re-balanced Level 30-40 items’ crafting times (also affected their sale price)
• Added text when completing a transaction with customers
• Added Push Notifications for Furniture upgrades
• Tweaked customer behavior to facilitate new player introduction (customers now only ask for items you have already crafted in the early stages of the game)
• Changed Refill Energy costs
• Added Warning Texts when attempting to invite players that are not found or already in your city
• Fixed Superior Quality effects for iOS/Mac players
• Various bug fixes and game optimization

Workers
• Changed Jeweler’s “Arts and Crafts” for “Metalworking”
• Removed “Metalworking” from Artificer’s skills (she now only has two skills)

Heroes and Quests
• Re-balanced Heroes’ power
• Added base power depending on Hero Tiers
• Power gained per level is now exponential instead of flat
• Re-balanced Quest and Story Quests difficulties
• Changed a number of Heroes’ adequacy to match thier visuals
• Quest XP now scales with difficulty (bosses/floor)
• Changed the initial maximum level of starting heroes to 4 instead of 2 to accelerate early progression
• Fixed multiple Hero Skills not stacking properly

Chest Drops and Recipes
• Reduced the amount of crafts required to level up the items
• Increased level up rewards
• Added Special Powers to MASTERED recipes
• Changed the pre-crafts required by many chest recipes (the goal is to make them hard to craft but with a high payoff)
• Removed Good quality item drops from all chests (the minimum quality is now great for all items, great is always a quantity of 2)

Tutorial
• Added explaination for Refuse mechanic in Shop
• Polished multiple tutorials by adding guiding steps back to the Shop (notably after Inn/City tutorials)

User Interface/Experience
• Changed positioning of gold and gem purchase buttons
• Various UI changes/optimizations
• New Store and Detailed Item View UI (screenshots below)

Yes exactly, the only way is by sending multiple heroes in parties. And, yes I believe so, on your second question as well.

Before Update 10120, there were about 6 less quests because quests would offer five rare resource options each.

For example, City Sewers would offer Shiny Gems as the first reward, Elven Dew as the second reward, Viper Essence as the third and so on up to the fifth reward. Whenever an Inn Unlock stated “New Rewards: City Sewers” (or whichever quest), the next reward would unlock, up until the fifth reward.

Now, with Update 10120, that system was completely changed to a simpler and more rewarding (mainly for earlier quests) system. Instead of having five rewards for each quest with each later reward increasing the same quest’s difficulty (much like bosses do now), the developers decided to split up all the rewards into their own separate quests.

City Sewers will now only offer the rare resource: Shiny Gems (and you know the rest for the following quests), but also when a new reward is unlocked for a quest instead of unlocking another rare resource option for that quest it will unlock new equipment and possibly key rewards for you. (Edit: Although, the developers haven’t explained thoroughly what the new rewards offer exactly). According to some other players, the new rewards unlocks new quest floors/bosses (I can’t confirm this though as I have most unlocked completely already).
