Played through it with a walkthrough. The story, the atmosphere, the subtlety - everything is good except for the puzzle. It would be better if it were more like an interactive movie-sort of game - the thing you need to click on next would light up or more clues would be narrated to you. At least have an Easy mode for that for those of us who don't naturally click in the right places but still want to enjoy a great piece of art.

SPOILER______ Put canteen on stove to boil put oil can on steam. zoom in on oil can remove label, add bent spoons, marbel, funnel, use screws and sd.Then place the picture next to tin man. put heart on lion to get lighter. with the scarecrow, use knife on his head then catch his head on fire :). use key from scarecrow get box, match tiles up from bathroom and post it board. Put scarecrow in drawer to get a code. on the back of the picture it states Home, back of the label states is out, 5 misc papers states there, use code from drawer with HOME IS OUT THERE to unlock safe. place cord on tv. = shoe. use brick on tv to get shoes. Answer phone she tells you to pop pills again so thats what we will do. First look at shoes and note the size. At this point u should have 15 journal pages. The last page tells you how much meds to take. take medicine with cup of water and put in code (from shoes) on the new door.. and out_______SPOILER_______WALKTHROUGH________

Really nice game.
Atmosphere was nice and creepy.
The puzzles, while you certainly have to be familiar with "The Wizard of Oz", most of them(but not all) are logical.

Wow, a point and click game that is not based in logic. Why am I trying to make a tin man? So I can put a photo next to it and get the can's contents. Of course. How else would you open a can? Or rip open a bear that already has a big hole in it? Or light up a drawer that is already located directly under a lamp? Seriously, for every problem you encounter in this game, think of the LEAST logical way to solve that problem. Anyone who claims they solved this without hints either created the game, is lying, or is just the right amount of insane.

Keep in mind "The Wizard of Oz" and everything will seem very logical, in its own way. :)
