It's a fun idle game, but I'm not sure where the resource management comes in- there's not even a reason to switch members around since it makes more sense to level everyone equally with the scaling costs of upgrades.

Cute artwork, and the upgrading system is fun for a while, but it becomes essentially an idle game after a while. Consider adding more upgrades or story. Also, it'd be nice if you either had images for the achievements or maybe hid them until achieved, as they don't really add much impetus as they stand.
