No word against a deep meaning in a game, but there's still a - let's say, a flat meaning: that it should offer some motivation to play. There must be different options how to behave, with different outcomes. If I can only shoot one guy, then have a mock fight for eternity with the second, I'll simply leave and forget the message.

Call it a hunch, qwed, but I'd say that this is one of those games where killing is a bad idea. You can sit there forever and take shots without dying, or you can shoot the gunner, who'll die after the innocent girl, which gets the two copies into a no-win brawl. There's no point at which you'll see a Game Over-You Win.

I feel like what you wanted to do was make some sort of simple statement using a "game" format, but it really fell flat. You have no choices other than letting the cop shoot you and regaining your health forever, or shooting him and then shooting yourself...forever. It's only a "game" in the respect that I can make my character do exactly three things. There needs to be more to it than this, because what I'm getting here is something that means nothing to me. It's not an impactful message for me, and it's not an impactful game.
