The engine here has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the game you've made with it has some serious flaws. The biggest being that for a game called 'Sim Taxi', acting as a taxi is the worst possible way to earn money -- you're far better off just speeding around to get the attention of the police, for $500 each time you escape them; passengers are too rare, and don't pay enough when you DO find one.
A quality button (either within the game's GUI, or on the context menu) would be a welcome addition, too.
3/5. It's okay, but it could be so much better.
