You really need more in game information, like how much things cost, what they actually do, how much dps or $ps they give you. All the basics that allow people to make good decisions are missing. Like, I know how many citizens I have... and that's it. Do they give me bonuses, do they get spent on other things? I have no idea what half the things in the game are, nor what they are doing. For an idle (or any resource-based) game, that is crucial information.

Aside a few bugs, the game doesnt very good communicate in what does what etc. Also really needs more thought into balance. You hit a giant wall way to fast, and simply doing one new game after another to get 300-400 gems eacht time doesnt really make it more fun.

The visual presentation of this game easily exceeds that of a majority of the idle games on Kongregate, but everything is so unbalanced it breaks the gameplay after 10 minutes in.
