This is actually a pretty solid escaping game, yet very short. Still good, liked it.

**Spoiler**
In order to delete your record, you have to put in the date 11-08-2016 (because there are twenty marks on your prison cell, minus the date on the computer) and then put in the number on your prison door 32158.
