E = Start Engine
W = Throttle Up
S = Trhottle Down
D = Yaw Right
A = Yaw Left
Mouse Movement = Copter roll and pitch;
Left Mouse = Rockets
Reload on helipad when out of rockets
Left Shift = Activate Machine Gun and Left mouse to fire

My suggestions:
Altimeter
More weapons (Hellfire, Hydra and MG)
More kinds of mission (it's kinda boring playing search and destroy all the time)
More enemies (put Jeeps, Helicopters and allied units)
More Helicopters (RAH-66,AH-1 and the like)
Newer or bigger terrain
Easier control of the Helicopter

This is pretty sweet but I find the controls very difficult.
controls are more simplified now. like an fps but flying
