completing missions in hard mode should award you some kind of way to upgrade before beating the new missions. I'm stuck at mission 10. Also "make all purchases" achievement awards money, which doesnt make any sense because you don't need money after you've made all purchases :s
)

Wait, there is an upgrade for AFTER beating the game, and it's just a slightly faster reload? Shouldn't all upgrades be available before the end?

Have the best armor, guns, explosives, and turret, but STILL can't get by level 11. Reloading doesn't go fast enough. And the whole "reload between gun fights" is a joke because it's just one car after another. Either reloading needs to be faster, or there needs to be a change. Repair kits aren't frequent enough, balance is way off. Grenades barely make a scratch anymore and end up hurting me more than anything.

The helicopters just make it too hard, and with no way to upgrade equipment without beating the mission, I cant see myself ever getting through this
