missile spam + last mission = 3mil collateral damage lol

on hard mode the enemies have so many hitpoints... if you get to a checkpoint with low health you ruin your game.

It does tell you about the elemental defenses, click the ? button when you start a mission...

avenger look at the description and click where it says collection of guides and walkthru to find a list of medals... there are now 39 of them

btw, you get 5TPs when a boss wave hits, so you can use those to throw a bunker on top of your cam net, and if you had 5TP saved you can place a new net after the blitz.

you can get arty blitzed even when you use cam nets, you can stack all your guys in a bunker if they are close enough... or you can try to stack them all in the very corner of the map and pray they live...arty blitz usually = lose.

its hard to beat the timer when they spam EMT so none of your shots get through... If you kill in 1hit you get $100k x multiplier - direct hits with nukes kill in 1 hit.

its scorched earth with regenerating dirt! haha :)

bunkers do not block line of sight or your bullets, but they do stop your bazooka rounds (which can blow up the bunker)

This game is about countering what you think your opponent is going to do...in other words, out-thinking him ;) The system seems to work pretty well once you get the hang of it.

if a unit is worth its point cost don't buy it ;) buy mortars/snipers/spec ops instead :)

first rank is like 10k points or so... I get 6k points per game so its not really a big deal..when you get all the point you need, you won't actually gain the rank until the start of the next mission.

for everyone complaining about grenade wipes, put your guys in a back corner of the map with a clear line of sight to the top of it and grenades won't bother you...

the individual soldiers do have a kill count...its their experience...

I got 4 rounds. it can be done in 3, just need 2 full size planets and you win...

ttback sent me a whisper - you need to start a new game for the builder and stimulus badges to register, if you are loading a game from before the badges were added you are SOL

rather than buying m1 garands buy ranger training...it give +1-15rifle, +1-15morale, m1 garand, and grenades...if a grunt has 40 rifle to start with just give him a BAR though
