Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. when it stops you buying buildings press the menu button it fixes the problem(+1 if it helps)

Science shouldnt be only military based, it should also have upgrades for resources or income and such.

Mute needs to mute all sounds. English could do with some proofreading. Shoot me a PM and I'll go through the text for you. Tooltips can overlap which makes reading them difficult. Keep going with it, you'll get there. I'm serious about the proofing though! :)
