Last as long as you can, dodging obstacles and hazards as they fly towards you, in this arcade platform game.
Pixel Runner is an arcade platform where you have to last as long as you can without being hit by different hazards, such as tanks, planes, spikes, and a lot more. Things are constantly moving and is always getting more difficult as different and tougher hazards are introduced.

Arrow keys to move and X to select menu options, and use your super jump.

Updated the game with better “physics” so that you’re always moving with the ground (people were complaining about this). Added the Menu Music to the game, also added control info to the main menu.

It is a decent concept but the controls are very odd. If you gave a better explanation of the controls, especially how to properly use super jump then you might have a winner.

Very nice game. You've done the FlashPunk community proud. :P
At first, it feels quite hard to control but once you get used to them, it becomes easy, although I still can't perfect the execution of those super jumps. I think the difficulty is just right; it's not easy but it isn't too hard either. It only really becomes a challenge when the tanks and eventually lava appear. It reminds me of the addictive helicopter game in a sense.
The graphics are nice and consistent and compliment each other. I liked the parallax background; it added some depth.

Yeah like canabalt. There is a mute in the options in the menu. Also there is an error where the first block is sometimes too high to jump over. You would need to superjump off a smaller block to make it over...so fix that.

I don't know why everyone is complaining about the controls. They're perfectly fine! People seem to be complaining about random junk. 5/5 hard but good :P
