If this was a game that's been out a while and lots of people played, I'd give 1/5. BUT! I'll give 3/5 because there is potential, even though a lot of work has to be done. Here my suggestions for the dev :)
1) Introduce the game, some text, some explanation, presentation of the character, whatever
2) Options for, at least, controls, and, if the game becomes a little more complex, a brief tutorial (btw, Ctrl to fire the Boomerang, Space to Jump and Arrow Keys to move)
3) Make the screen movement faster: the character moves to fast and the screen doesn't keep the pace, so you eventually end up bumping into enemies you didn't see coming
4) Upgrades: it would be cool if, by completing certain actions or defeating certain "mini bosses" you'd get the possibility to upgrade things like the boomerang (more DMG), your skill in throwing it (throw more often), the character's Life etc etc...
