Good job making a game that there are already about 100 of on this site. On a positive note however, you didn't do a bad job. So if it's your first game, you're off to a not bad start.

the way that the computer and ball move mean that you will score at the same time every game you need to ether vary the speed of the ball or the speed of the paddle you can do this by using the random(a)+b bit of code
