Repeatedly slam the character into the walls. Get character stuck in a wall. Die. Restart with character stuck in the wall. Watch it flip out and eventually disappear into the wall. Get infinite score.

Fixed it. As a result, the ragdoll does random movements now.

If you move really fast then you can go through those particles.
