it's laughable how ridiculously difficult the level 4 boss becomes when it has 1 health left. 2/5 for a game that could reach 4/5.

Oh, and also, there's enough replayability in a level as it is that putting a timer is just annoying, especially since there isn't a clear 'goal' in each level.

I want all old stuff back like pepper bombs and Pizza monsters (part 1)
Burgerzillas and all the old-fashioned things like the onions (the pineapples are... well, it is not the same feeling
I think rhill is right)

I agree having to play one level multiple times is a bit much. Having one character that has all skills and going back to play each level over would be good.
My biggest gripe is the hit-state to collect coins is too small and indistinguishable. Second is you can't jump off walls, only fall off - making one section in level 2 impossible.
Do you mean when you're using a customer with the Wall Climb skill? If you hold the arrow key in the direction opposite the wall and then press the Up arrow, he'll jump off (so if you're climbing a wall on your right, hold the Left Arrow and then tap the Up Arrow). The Help section in the Menu has a "Wall Climb" page that goes into a little more detail.

2 things, first: when I rescue someone, I would like to be able to choose between escaping now, or using it later, so I can rescue another dude and avoid having to replay the same level so many times
second: the ship's driver, and your character has the face of a serial killer

Where is my hit box?!?! Missing items i should get and being hit by enemies i shouldn't. Still, sadly, the best poppa louie game. 3/5

@ Greg....if your response to Lightning77 means this game won't be badged if the votes are to low, I am giving it a 1 out of 5 because no one needs to be coerced into earning any more Papa badges.

I transferred my save file from Flipline to finish playing it here. I just had 3 more keys and the 50 key zone left. It took me 5.25 hours to finish with 89%.
I prefer Flipline's platformers to their time management stuff.
The coin collection rate is slow against the high costs of the costumes. The lag on internal stage transitions felt lessened here, but I still would pause at the beginning of each area to clear that lag. Unlike at Flipline, I didn't lose any hearts to the lag.

Don't get me wrong, some times it's fun to go and replay a level, but to have to replay a level 4 times just to get all of the Warp Keys (Level 1) is pretty lackluster.

I think you would have a better rating if you just classify this as a basic platformer. I came because the first two tags are "Adventure RPG"... its not a bad game or anything, but its trying to act like more than what it really is.
On Kongregate you only have 9 vague options to choose from when you add a game, so we picked the closest ("Adventure") and it stuck those tags in there. Looks like people have been upvoting and downvoting the tags so it now shows Platform and Side Scrolling first though.

Sort of fun, but not really anything new going on and the forced replays don't have enough goodies to make it enjoyable.

First I was a little surprised about the low rating. But after I played this game for about 20 minutes it became clear to me why it is so low: Cheap enemy placement, sometimes inecplicable enemy movement paterns, bad hit detection resp. strange hit boxes, unresponding actions etc. I really tried to like this game for i also liked its predecessors but with all its problems it's more frustrating than fun.

I feel like one of the only fans left of the Papa games. They're not original anymore by any means, but I still love their clean aesthetics, and I for one think they're fun each time. However, something's got to give eventually in this series, whether it be Papa's sanity or the players' own from playing practically the same game again. Although, who's to say Papa's not already insane? With all these monster pizzas and sundaes, he's about as sane as an Italian plumber.

Not a bad game; it is correctly realized and has that old school smell. But fun factor is yet to be seen. My advice to FlipLine: try something more original, stay away from sequels if you don't want to reproduce the "Papazeria" problem (at episode 7 there were not a soul left to claim it was a fun and/or original game).
