Needs hotkeys. I'd really like to be able to press '1' to switch it to the 1 placement cursor. Pretty cool though, I like logic problems. =)

It would be nice if you could 'pencil' in the possibilities (maybe using a superscript version of the number or something).

Great idea for gameplay though as others mentioned the execution makes it quite stiff and uninviting to have to click a number in the legend then click your spot, just feels tedious
