check out "StencylWorks" - that is a new game making program that give this game as a tutorial and some dumbass has posted it as his own game + the original tutorial had a character that can move

Something you might want to check into if you're going further with this game is the fact that when you change weapon the cooldown goes down to 0 which means you can rapid-fire the shotgun. This will be abused if you don't take it away!
