Left/Right Arrows to Move
Up Arrow to Jump
D and Left/Right Arrows to Spin
Down Arrow and Left/Right Arrows to Slide
Up Arrow and later Down Arrow to Ground Pound
S Key to Boost
D Key while in the air to Hover
