The special abilities 'give up half your health to kill all enemies on screen', 'gain 5k gold', 'gain 5k exp,' and 'refill health' activate once, when you buy them. That's it. No long term usage, no repeating, no refunds. Also, when buying guns, the ones with piercing attacks(as if you had fire power up) are disproportionately strong and therefore good to save up for your first purchases: Gauss Gun, Plasma Shotgun, and Jackhammer.

You know how when you repeat a word over and over again it starts to sound weird and loses all meaning?
