Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Status Update 的标签
简介
An unforgiving retro-styled bullet-hell endurance game. A chance to play with an abandoned and mouldering national defense project. (Fictional, of course. It's just a diversion, really.)
玩法说明
Arrows or WASD to move; space to shoot; escape to pause; and mouse the menus (though the pause and lost probe menus also accept movement keys and enter/return).

After about an hour of playing I had all upgrades maxed [except thrusters that were at 6 each], but then during a hard game the enemies randomly slowly stopped coming, then stopped all together. I had to refresh page to play again, but all upgrades were gone.

ASTROCAT: Excellent work. Judging from your second comment, the issues are quite probably in the way I've handled the difficulty ramp and/or weighted probabilities, both of which are under revision. Thanks for noting the details. DANTE: Adopting smaller hit-box is a very sensible suggestion, particularly given the average score on easy. I'll shrink it in time for the coming update.

CaptainSpaulding: You're on the right track. Status Update is intended as an epilogue to a more ambitious shooter, one that should have a bit of a story arc. As such, Status Update probably won't have any plot development itself, but I would like to make evidence of its past clearer. In concept, the program has been discontinued. A screen for the lingering memos is a feature I very much want to add, but it probably won't make it into the next update.
