It's a bit boring, the seals do not chase you, the fish are all the same. It's nothing special.

wow, great improvement! great to see someone actually taking advice!
I like your fish idea, and powerups would be hilarious.
Also, I think you need an improved ending screen, a little more...I don't know, detailed... personally, I think the graphics are fine, though the penguin could be more adorable (but then that's just me :3).
solid game, normally a 3/5 but you listened to feedback so 4/5 :D
