Drive the Truck safely to the Finish Line in each level without causing much damage to the truck. On the way, collect the dollars to gain more points.

I agree that it's very laggy...and gets worse and worse over time. That should help you figure out what's going on in the code. As Ion said, the scale of the illustrations could use some alignment. I think that some of the levels could be rearranged to make the difficulty curve smoother. (Level 1 was much harder than level 4, say.)
