The drunker you get the hotter she looks!
Catch as many beers as possible in 60seconds to get as drunk as possible. The better your performance the hotter the resulting girl. (avoid coffee)

I played many times and never caught even one beer. So how does one go about doing that?

Press Q or W at the right time if the hand touches or is close to a beer it will catch it.

Not a puzzle. More of an action game. Not very hard, once you get the movement of the arms.
