A small little paddle game that I made, I’m not very good at coding so you will need to refresh to play again and it’s pretty hard.

First of all... the ball is going WAY too fast compared to the paddle. I am a master Breakout player, and after 10 games, didn't hit the ball a single time.
Second, when the game first loads, the keyboard is unusable. You have to click in the game window to activate the keyboard controls, by which time you have lost 3 balls already.
Third, there is no warning whatsoever that the game is starting or the ball is about to be released.
The game needs a LOT of work.
